Werkplek oplossing ProCall ONE ProCall ONE is de 1e party (Werkplek) CTI oplossing waarmee alle belangrijke telefoniefuncties zoals kiezen, beantwoorden, verbreken, ruggespraak, makelen, oproepomleiding tot het opbouwen van een conferentie vanuit de Pc kunnen worden bestuurd. De directe verbinding tussen de telefoon en de Pc op de werkplek wordt vaak op basis van een V24 (seriële) of USB verbinding gerealiseerd. De TAPI driver van de betreffende telefoonfabrikant dient op de werkplek Pc te worden geïnstalleerd. Deze driver maakt het mogelijk de telefoniefuncties vanuit de Pc aan te spreken. Bij een oproep wordt het telefoonnummer van de beller vergeleken met de opgeslagen gegevens. U herkent direct wie er belt en u hebt alle gegevens direct bij de hand. Oproepen worden in het Journaal vastgelegd. Hierdoor heeft u een overzicht van alle gevoerde telefoongesprekken. ProCall ONE is een Plug-In voor Microsoft Outlook of als standalone versie voor Lotus Notes en ODBC databases.
